Shipping Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the delivery shipping address entered is correct. If you believe you provided the wrong address for delivery, contact us immediately via email info@quennessentials.net before order fulfillment time. 

All orders placed and processed will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the date order is received. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped during normal shipment time following. Tracking information will be provided on all orders. 

If we are experiencing a high-volume of orders, your delivery may be delayed by a few days as we try to fulfill all orders same day. Please allow additional days in advance for delivery of your order. If their will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at the email provided upon completion of your order.
